What personal data do we process about you?

Without this data, we would not be able to make a reservation or provide you with an offer. If you do not provide us with identification data, we would not be able to enter into a car rental agreement with you. - Letters and emails that we receive from you in our communication;

Personal data that we receive from other companies
We may also receive information about you from our business partners through whom you made the reservation. For example:
Online platforms for renting cars with drivers through which you made the reservation. They provide us with reservation data so that we can move forward with the contract and provide the car.
IP Address
We collect your IP address when you visit our website. This only identifies your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and does not contain information about you as an individual. We use this information to help us understand more about where our website traffic is coming from.

Car reservation
We primarily use your personal data to make and administer your reservation, to contact you if there are any issues with your request, or to send you an electronic confirmation of the reservation made.
Customer service
The “Customer Service” department processes your data to help you, for example, to make a reservation or respond to any inquiries you may have before, during, or after the reservation.
Customer reviews
We may use your contact information to send you a brief questionnaire about your feedback on our services. This helps us understand and improve the quality of our service and optimize our business processes.
Protection of legal interests
In some cases, we may need to use your personal data to protect and resolve legal disputes, regulatory inspections, appeal of fines and acts from the Road Traffic Safety Agency, filing of insurance claims, and others.

With whom do we share your information?
Burgas Taxi Transfer Ltd uses third parties to assist in certain contractual activities or in fulfilling a legal obligation. We do not provide your personal data to third parties until we have ensured that all technical and organizational measures have been taken to protect this data, striving to exercise strict control to achieve this goal.

The provision of personal data in some cases is mandatory to comply with our legal requirements, such as: regulatory authorities, including state commissions, institutions, and agencies, NRA, NSSI, courts, prosecutor’s office, and others to whom we are required to provide personal data under the current legislation;

If you (or the cardholder whose credit card was used to make your reservation) request invoicing, we may need to share certain reservation data with the payment service provider and the corresponding financial institution. This may include a copy of the reservation confirmation or the IP address used to make your reservation. We may also exchange information with the relevant financial institutions if we believe it is necessary for the purposes of detecting and preventing fraud. Automated algorithms

When do we delete your personal data?
We store all the information we have collected about you and destroy it within the legal deadlines, and if there are no such deadlines, within the deadlines specified by us and after the final settlement of all our financial relationships. We do not keep your data indefinitely.
Some of the deadlines are:
5 years from the performance of the contract – for claims under the Limitation of Obligations and Contracts Act; 10 years under the Accounting Act for the storage and processing of accounting data; 30 days for sound recordings. Transfer of data between countries
